DECORATOR OPERATOR
The candidate, with his/her 5+ years of experience and having a Diploma in Printing Technology, is the one who can be expected to work in the operation, maintenance, and repair of high-speed printing equipment. Shift work, computer skills, good vision for colors, and health and safety awareness are the other requirements that the candidate has to fulfill.
With this position, the OEE of printers in the can-making line is at its best through the operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting that are being done. He/she is the one who is leading shift resources, coordinating with different teams, and taking the initiative for continuous improvement to meet the KPIs and to have quick size changeovers.
