Position Overview:

Al Yamama Real Estate Survey Services is seeking a Senior Accountant who has expertise in accounting and enjoys working with numbers to fill an open position in their accounting department. The person most suitable for this position will manage the financial processes, thus guaranteeing reporting that is both on time and in accordance with regulations. You will be in charge of taking care of company accounts, making reconciliations, and providing support during audits for keeping the organization’s financial integrity.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

In this role, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring alignment with company policies and local UAE accounting regulations. You will analyze financial data to identify variances, forecast future trends, and present actionable insights to management that support informed business decisions.

VAT and Compliance Management:

The position requires expertise in UAE VAT filing and compliance, ensuring that all transactions adhere to current legislation. The Senior Accountant will monitor VAT entries, prepare accurate returns, and coordinate with auditors to guarantee transparency and adherence to government standards.

Zoho Accounting and Software Management:

The candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting operations through Zoho Books, ensuring real-time accuracy of financial entries, invoices, and ledgers. Proficiency in Zoho software is essential to streamline processes, generate reports, and maintain up-to-date data integrity.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversight:

The role demands careful monitoring of both payable and receivable accounts. The Senior Accountant will track invoices, reconcile bank statements, and maintain vendor and client records to ensure smooth financial flow and operational efficiency within the company.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

As a part of the finance team, you will collaborate closely with management, auditors, and external consultants. The Senior Accountant must demonstrate strong teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities to assist junior staff and support cross-functional operations.
