Position: Assistant Manager Procurement – Raw Materials
About Job: The whole process of procurement for the required raw materials will be supervised. Using low-cost yet efficient sourcing methods, a continual supply of good, quality materials that are already approved will be obtained. Supplier contracts and prices will be negotiated. Keeping accurate records (P.O.s, contracts, performance) will be required. The production department will be a partner in forecast planning, controlling stock levels, and delivering goods just in time. Delivery times will be managed, supply issues will be dealt with, daily reports will be updated, and invoices will be sent to the Finance department on time.
Salary:Â Competitive Salary will be offered.
What we are looking for: CSS styling of HTML is presumed to be in place making the following text display properly. Competency in MS-Excel is obligatory. Very good analytical, negotiation, and supply risk management skills. Great communication and coordination skills for supplier relationship management. At least 3 years of experience in Procurement with 2 years on sourcing of raw materials for manufacturing/FMCG. A history of successful strategic sourcing, cost-cutting, and working with complex supply chains.
