We are hiring Outbound Sales Executives for our Karachi office!
Location: Karachi (Lakson Square Building 1, 4th Floor)
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualification: Graduate
Experience:
- Proven experience in health, life, and general insurance sales
- Strong background in outbound sales
- Prior experience in call center sales is required

Job Specifications and Duties:
In case of outbound sales calls, your main target would be to present the insurance products related to health, life, and general to the customers.
It is very important to grasp what the customer wants and then offer the right insurance.
Your sales targets will be set daily, weekly, and monthly.
The interactions with the customers should be recorded in the system accurately.
It is necessary to follow the sales process and maintain the quality which is the norm.
Skillset Required:
Powerful sales and negotiation abilities
Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of evaluating the needs of clients and offering proper insurance products
Goal-oriented attitude along with impressive sales history
Very good in resolving problems
