Experience & Salary

• Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC)

• Salary & Benefits: Market-competitive salary, perks, and VPS

Key Responsibilities

• Create and put into practice different retail sales strategies that will result in a greater sales volume

   

• Follow-up sales tendencies and uncover areas for growth

   

• Manage daily activities in the retail sector and make sure that all the rules are followed

   

• Draft and carry out yearly business plans that match the company’s goals

   

• Spot the areas with the most potential to sell more fuel and, thus, improve sales performance

   

• Meet the sales goals set for HSD, PMG, and lubricants
