Job Overview:

Gulfa Mineral Water is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient handling of products in its FMCG supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead a team of warehouse staff, manage inventory, supervise loading/unloading operations, and ensure smooth coordination with the logistics team for timely deliveries.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring stock levels, conducting periodic audits, and ensuring compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to maintain product freshness and quality.

Team Supervision:

Training, guiding, and evaluating warehouse staff, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining productivity standards.

Compliance & Standards:

Implementing safety protocols, adhering to UAE warehouse regulations, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the storage facility.

Reporting Duties:

Preparing warehouse reports, analyzing inventory discrepancies, and sharing operational updates with management to improve efficiency.
