Carom is an exciting new fashion brand that specializes in creating unique & trend-setting clothing for individuals who want to make a bold fashion statement. Looking for a Senior Fashion Designer.

Eligibility criteria:

• The data from October 2023 serves as the basis for your learning. Research adult clothing market trends by seasonal periods. Create mood boards and color boards and concept boards for your design work.
• The design process requires you to create seasonal collections for men’s knitwear and woven and denim categories. The process requires you to handle fabric choices and sampling evaluations and scheduling of fitting sessions.
• The position requires two essential skills: excellent color and graphics abilities and deep knowledge of garment specifications.
• The design team needs to work with buying and merchandising and production teams to verify that the design meets both quality and cost requirements.
• The designer should create fashionable clothing that sells well while solving problems between fashion and non-fashion elements.
• The marketing and creative team requires your assistance to organize their photo-shoot activities.
• The team must maintain continuous communication to reach their deadline targets.

Eligibility criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design as the least qualification.
• 4-6 years of experience in fashion design that is relevant to the position.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop as well as others design tools.
