Generic Role Description
- Every month, assess how well the sales team was doing.
- Analyze and sort out the sales team’s tagging problems.
- Coordinating within the department to solve tagging disputes.
- Create and produce performance reports for each sales team.
- Dissemination of commission information and slips.
Desirable Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree from an HEC-accredited institution is a requirement.
- Candidates holding ACCA qualifications or part-qualified will be preferred.
- Interpersonal and communication skills along with high degree of attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management
- have to be the qualities of the chosen ones.
- Excellent Excel skills are a must.
- The candidate will have to possess 1-2 years’ experience in a similar field.
