The perfect person for this position will serve as the contact person for visitors and clients, and will be in charge of making sure that the front-desk operation is smooth and polite. To do this, the candidate must possess a high level of professionalism, be very attentive to details, and be able to perform a number of administrative tasks concurrently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments or employees

Handle phone inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously

Ensure connectivity of all telephone exchange lines and report any issues to the concerned department

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries to the correct recipients

Verify addresses and ensure proper packing of outbound packages

Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound mail/deliveries

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in all interactions
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate or Master’s degree

Experience: 2-4 years in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role

Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore, Pakistan
