Key Responsibilities

Achieve agreed sales targets within the defined time frame.

Implement marketing strategies effectively and execute them in the field.

Build and nurture strong business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned therapeutic areas.

Foster the product knowledge and selling skills of assigned team members through training and coaching.

Liaise with distributors and key account managers to optimize business performance.

Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of sales KPIs within the team.

Prepare and submit regular market intelligence and competitor analysis reports.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
-
Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Gynae or Surgery portfolio.

Strong ability to train, develop, and retain employees.

Demonstrated managerial and leadership skills.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
