Qualifications & Experience

Qualification: MBA or BBA, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources (HR)

Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering, HR operations, or shared services
Working Hours
🕛 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Key Responsibilities (Overview)

Partner with business units to support HR strategies, policies, and employee engagement initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Facilitate HR processes including talent management, performance management, and workforce planning.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in HR operations.
