Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advisory services and ensure regulatory compliance for Roots International Schools & Colleges.

Manage legal risks and oversee compliance matters and contractual obligations in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and relevant stakeholders.

Support corporate governance matters and handle HR-related legal issues.

Oversee intellectual property matters and assist in disciplinary and internal investigations.

Maintain and manage legal documentation and monitor changes in laws and regulations.

Perform any other legal duties as assigned by the CEO or HR Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
-
LLB or an equivalent law degree.
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
