The chosen individuals will take care of the New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) SME relationships and will also be responsible for revenue generation and portfolio expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Lead / Unit Head in overseeing the SME portfolios, which consist of the NTB and ETB clients, in the Karachi branch/network.
- Establish and preserve solid ties with SME customers to promote business growth and long-term profit.
- Recognize, obtain, and bring new SME clients while managing current relationships in a professional manner.
- Make sure that assigned business goals concerning deposits, advances, and cross-selling are met.
- Evaluate customers’ financial requirements and recommend appropriate credit facilities and limits according to bank standards.
- Formulate and realize cross-selling opportunities across banking products and services to improve revenue.
- Follow internal policies, SBP regulations, and SME banking guidelines.
- Keep precise documentation and reporting as per bank and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial statements and evaluate customer creditworthiness

Sound understanding of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) schemes and financing options for the SME sector

Hands-on experience in MS Office and familiarity with banking systems, products, and services

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in SME banking within a commercial bank

Proven exposure to SME relationship management, credit assessment, and portfolio handling

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree will be an added advantage)
