The perfect candidate, in this case, will take on the responsibility of building and overseeing corporate client relations, spotting new business avenues, and increasing revenue by means of consultative selling. The role comes with the opportunity to deal with a wide range of corporate clients and to further one’s development in a well-established firm.

Key Responsibilities

• In order to carry out the strategy for the corporate client mentioned above, you will need to deal with and onboard the current and potential customer base of Transworld in Karachi.

   

• There will be new business leads that will be identified and generated through networking, client visits, cold calls, attending corporate functions, and going to industry events.

   

• Get familiar with the requirements, issues, and pain points of the customers so that the appropriate ICT and connectivity solutions can be pitched correctly and customized.

   

• Create and handle proposals, service level agreements (SLAs), contracts, and all sales-related documentation, including follow-ups.

   

• Work together with internal teams to guarantee the proper execution of the contracts and delivery of services within the agreed time.

   

• Keep detailed sales and performance reporting, pipelines, and management records, which will serve as input for decision making.

   

• The client will be delighted with the service provided to him if it is done promptly and if the relationship management skills of the employees are applied.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in telecom, ICT, or technology services

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and close sales opportunities effectively

Skills & Competencies

• Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills of a very high standard.

   

• Superior problem-solving capability considering the customer’s point of view.

   

• Capacity to create and manage professional relationships over a long time.

   

• Motivated by self, oriented towards targets, and skilled in working both solo and in a team.

   

• Expertise in using MS Office and basic CRM tools.
