Qualification

CA Finalist / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
Experience
-
Minimum 6+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience
Key Responsibilities
-
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring full compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Review and approve non-cash accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements along with supporting schedules.

Supervise bank reconciliations and daily uploading of bank statements.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
-
Identify, implement, and lead process improvements and automation initiatives within accounting workflows.
Required Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of IFRS and relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in ERP systems (preference for SAGE 100) and MS Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and handle complex financial data.
