𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 (𝗞𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿).
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
o Compete in creativeness and draw designs based on the latest trends for the children’s knitwear area.
o Make complete and precise tech packs with measurement and material details for fabric and production.
o Work along with the product development and merchandising teams to guarantee product correctness and quick delivery.
o Do market and trend research to spot new design possibilities and seasonal motifs.
o Check samples and give comments on fitting, material, and color print quality.
o Work together with suppliers in a very close manner to secure the same understanding of fabric, print, and construction details.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design from an acknowledged institution.
o 2–4 years of experience in design of upper garments for retail or exports, preferably knits.
o Superior knowledge of tech packs, knits fabrication, and printing techniques.
o Adobe Illustrator proficiency.
o Great perception of color, fabric choices and kidswear trend.
