Key Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets within the defined time frame.

• Implement marketing strategies effectively and execute them in the field.

• Build and nurture strong business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned therapeutic areas.

• Foster the product knowledge and selling skills of assigned team members through training and coaching.

• Liaise with distributors and key account managers to optimize business performance.

• Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of sales KPIs within the team.

• Prepare and submit regular market intelligence and competitor analysis reports.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Gynae or Surgery portfolio.

• Strong ability to train, develop, and retain employees.

• Demonstrated managerial and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
