Qualifications & Skills

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

• Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.

• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
