Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments or employees

• Handle phone inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously

• Ensure connectivity of all telephone exchange lines and report any issues to the concerned department

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries to the correct recipients

• Verify addresses and ensure proper packing of outbound packages

• Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound mail/deliveries

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in all interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate or Master’s degree

• Experience: 2-4 years in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role

• Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore, Pakistan
