Dipitt Jobs – Senior Executive Quality Assurance | Karachi

Dipitt, which is a top food production company in Pakistan, is looking for a very skilled and meticulous person to fill the position of Senior Executive Quality Assurance. This important role is located at the Head Office in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi and it is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about food safety, quality management, and process excellence to have a direct and positive influence on all of Dipitt’s products.

Position: Senior Executive – Quality Assurance

The Senior Executive – QA is going to be the responsible person who will monitor all the quality assurance and control measures during all the production stages, starting with the raw materials and ending with the finished products. Compliance with the external and internal quality standards among others, i.e. GMP, GLP, ISO, BRC, and QA, will be the main task in this role, along with documentation management and leading the QA team to support the case of quality and safeness of the product throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC analysis of raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, and finished goods

• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GLP, food safety, and product specifications

• Oversee lab operations, production line inspections, weight/volume checks, and verification of processes

• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), Quality Control Points (QCPs), FEFO, temperature, humidity, and regulatory labeling requirements

• Lead and mentor QA Inspectors, manage shifts, and train newly hired team members

• Maintain accurate documentation, lab records, and timely reporting

• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and investigations of customer complaints

• Drive continuous improvement, process enhancements, and innovation in QA operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance/QC in food manufacturing or FMCG

• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, BRC standards

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and team management skills

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of leading a QA team effectively
