Job Overview:

The IT Support Intern will work closely with the IT team to support daily technical operations, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and peripherals.

• Support users with operating systems, email, and basic application troubleshooting.

• Help monitor IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Maintain documentation related to IT support activities and issue resolution.

• Coordinate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
