Job Overview:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving card-based sales, managing key accounts, onboarding new clients, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The role requires strong coordination skills, customer engagement abilities, and an understanding of card-based and cashless operations.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Manage card sales activities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets.

Onboard new accounts by handling documentation, approvals, and coordination with internal departments.

Ensure effective post-onboarding account management, addressing client needs and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Conduct training sessions for forecourt staff on card usage, operational processes, and system workflows.

Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, presenting insights to management for informed decision-making.

Provide operational and administrative support to management as required to ensure smooth business operations.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education: MBA from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in card sales, key account management, or a similar role

Sound knowledge of card-based business models and cashless transaction systems

Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently
