Job Overview:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving card-based sales, managing key accounts, onboarding new clients, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The role requires strong coordination skills, customer engagement abilities, and an understanding of card-based and cashless operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage card sales activities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets.

• Onboard new accounts by handling documentation, approvals, and coordination with internal departments.

• Ensure effective post-onboarding account management, addressing client needs and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

• Conduct training sessions for forecourt staff on card usage, operational processes, and system workflows.

• Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, presenting insights to management for informed decision-making.

• Provide operational and administrative support to management as required to ensure smooth business operations.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

• Education: MBA from an HEC-recognized institution
