Job Overview:

The Executive Engineer will oversee site surveys, supervise civil works, coordinate with regulatory bodies, and ensure that the engineering, safety, and environmental standards are met. The perfect applicant will have practical experience in the field and the skill to work well together with both internal teams and outside authorities.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site surveys to collect accurate data required for the development and expansion of petroleum retail outlets.

• Utilize survey data to prepare precise 2D drawings and layouts using engineering software, ensuring all designs comply with company standards and technical specifications.

• Perform regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure that all development, renovation, and modification activities meet approved designs and company quality standards.

• Coordinate closely with sales points of contact (POCs) to provide timely updates on construction progress and ensure the standardization of existing retail outlet structures.

• Liaise with the Department of Explosives for commissioning, modification approvals, and renewal processes of retail outlets, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards at all retail outlets by overseeing safety procedures, inspections, and audits.

• Supervise the installation of company branding and signage (Pre and Post), fuel dispensers, and related equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, engineering, and design standards.

• Maintain proper documentation, progress reports, and compliance records for all assigned projects and sites.

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in site supervision or infrastructure development projects
