The Team Leader will be a key player in the management of hopper operations, the facilitation of production processes, and the supervision of the teams on shifts. The position demands technical knowledge, leadership, and previous working experience in either production or warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate shift teams in the hopper operations area which involves offloading, picking, trimming, and feeding to keep the production flow uninterrupted across operations.

   

• Communicate very well with Cold Stores, Transporters, and Production teams to make sure the reception, storage, and feeding of high-quality raw potatoes are done on time.

   

• Be a partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to make certain that only the best potatoes are processed and to apply the right separation of undersized, damaged, or rotten materials.

   

• Handle workforce deployment, shift schedules, and the number of workers while making sure that safety and hygiene standards are being followed.

   

• Keep precise production and operation records and give out reports regularly about performance, operational improvements, and line troubleshooting.

   

• Team up with the technical teams to quickly and easily solve production or operational problems.

 Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: BBA / BSc (Hons)

• Experience: 2–3 years in production, warehouse, or supply chain operations

• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of safety and food handling standards, proven experience supervising teams, and familiarity with operational management
