Position :IT ANALYST

The IT department at Head Office is looking for talented, passionate, and energetic professionals to join FF Steel, the leading Grade 60 steel bars manufacturer with large-scale production units in Lahore and Peshawar.

The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/BS IT/BS SE or a similar field along with a minimum of 3-year experience in IT analysis, part of which should be 2 years in a managerial position (Master’s degree is a plus).
The appointed person will take charge of the IT analysis, system optimization, and software quality assurance activities, making sure that all the proposed solutions are in line with the company’s strategic goals and standards. His/her work will be collecting and interpreting requirements through technical specifications, system documentation, testing process supervision, and SQA policy and release protocols compliance.
The position requires overseeing IT analysts and QA engineers, promoting cooperation among departments and vendors, monitoring KPIs, and communicating the progress to the management. The skill in SDLC and Agile methodologies, testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman), defect tracking (e.g., Jira), and business process mapping is must. Besides, the person will have to use great leadership, problem-solving and communication skills in order to finish the projects with high quality in the set time and within the budget.
