Our hospitable establishment in Dubai is in search of dynamic and dependable Food Runners who can become part of our team. You, being a vital participant in the service flow of the restaurant, will have the duty of making sure that dishes reach customers on time and in a perfect presentation. This position is tailor-made for persons who are lively, observant, and committed to the smooth running of the service in a crowded dining area.
Delivering Swift and Accurate Service
As a Food Runner, you will act as the vital link between the kitchen and service staff. Your duties will include delivering food orders from the kitchen to the guests’ tables quickly and accurately. Attention to detail is essential, as you must ensure all meals are delivered with correct garnishes, accompaniments, and presentation standards maintained.
Supporting the Waitstaff and Kitchen Teams
You will play a supporting role to both the service and kitchen staff by helping to organize orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a consistent workflow. Your efficiency and communication skills will help avoid delays, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and your colleagues.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization
Keeping the dining and service areas clean and organized will be a key responsibility. You will ensure that used dishes are cleared promptly, tables are reset, and service stations are well-stocked. Maintaining hygiene standards and assisting in cleanliness demonstrates professionalism and teamwork within the restaurant.
Physical Stamina and Professional Attitude
This position requires an individual who can handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. You will be walking, carrying trays, and balancing multiple dishes during service hours. A well-groomed appearance, polite manners, and focus on customer satisfaction are expected at all times.
