Foreman/Site Manager – Role Overview:

In the role of a Foreman or Site Manager, it will be your duty to oversee the daily activities of piling and shoring projects. You will make sure that all operations are done securely, within the planned time, and with the utmost quality.

Responsibilities:

You will organize and allocate tasks to workers, manage equipment and materials, and monitor site operations closely to ensure adherence to plans and safety regulations.

Workforce Supervision:

You will lead and motivate construction workers on-site, ensuring that all staff adhere to schedules, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

Problem Solving:

You will handle on-site challenges, unexpected delays, or technical issues promptly and effectively while keeping the project manager updated on progress.

Reporting Duties:

Keeping detailed records of work progress, incidents, and daily reports will be a vital aspect of your role. Clear communication with the management team is essential.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

You will ensure that safety standards and quality controls are followed at every stage, protecting workers and guaranteeing project success.
