Job Location

📍 Retail Outlets in Lahore, Faisalabad & Islamabad

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular food safety audits at Lahore outlets in accordance with company SOPs.

• Monitor and ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at stores.

• Check product expiry dates and ensure timely removal along with corrective actions.

• Maintain and update food safety checklists accurately and on time.

• Perform food sampling and basic analysis to identify contamination or quality issues.

• Monitor freezers, chillers, snack storage, and temperature control systems.

• Identify non-conformities and prepare detailed audit reports with corrective action plans.

• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with store management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety laws, and regulatory requirements.

Education & Eligibility

• Education: BS Food Technology, BS Dairy Technology, or BS Chemistry

• Age Limit: 22 to 30 years

• Mobility: Must own a bike

• Work Environment: Willingness to work in a field-based retail audit role

Experience

• Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in food safety, quality assurance, or retail auditing are encouraged to apply.
