Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute strategies to reach the desired Secondary volume, numeric, weighted distribution, and market share increase.
The individual is in charge of the team’s oversight and development.
Create and nurture ties with current and prospective dealers/accounts via continuous market excursions; further, assess rival activity and devise a counter-strategy simultaneously.
Carry out the enhancement of cold availability for all SKUs by channel to boost secondary sales.
Assets (coolers and glass) deployment and management.
Cooler production to be assured and supervised.
To carry out Route to Market techniques and to copy the best practices.
To keep an eye on and to enhance sales force productivity.
Reviewing sales KPIs and taking necessary actions.
Profitable sales guaranteed through regional monitoring of discounts, variable margins, gross profit, and Net Sales Revenue.
The person is in charge of making sure the distributor is profitable.
The individual is responsible for a long-term and sustainable business.
