Position: Lead International HR (AGM Position)
- Handle the comprehensive HR activities for foreign branches, viz., recruitment, relations with employees, salaries, performance evaluation, and law conformity.
- Guarantee similarity and standardization of HR regulations in all overseas locations, in accordance with corporate strategies and local labor laws.
- Participate with Finance and Overseas Directors for staff planning, budgets, and company structure in an intensive manner.
- Supervise the movement of foreign employees and mobility programs, which consist of processing of visas, onboarding, and administration of employee benefits.
- Back the execution of HR digitalization projects and data unification across systems (HRIS/ERP).
- Possession of a second major or background in IT will be viewed as a plus.
Education: MBA (HR Major) from a prestigious institution Preferably O-Level/A-Level background.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and other digital HR platforms.
