Strategic HR Leadership and Department Setup:

The HR Lead will be the one to design and build the whole company HR structure from scratch. The role requires a very autonomous and also highly creative person who can come up with planning that is in line with the goals of the organization, making sure that HR is both legally compliant and able to grow with the company. The person will set up the basic HR systems, policies, and practices which are going to be the backbone of the business growth and will make it possible to last.

Policy Creation and Compliance Management:

The HR Lead will be responsible for forming, writing down, and putting into operation HR policies and procedures that comprehensively meet the legal requirements of the UAE labor law. Your role will be that of the company’s in-house compliance specialist, guaranteeing that all the practices related to employment will be according to the law while keeping the organization’s approach fair, clear, and focused on employees.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Excellence:

A core aspect of the role involves leading recruitment efforts and supporting department heads in hiring top talent. You will create structured recruitment pipelines, manage candidate screening, and oversee the full onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Your approach will set the tone for a professional, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.

Performance and Engagement Development:

The HR Lead will introduce performance management systems that promote accountability, motivation, and career development. You will design employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs that strengthen morale and align with company values. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and empathetic, fostering a culture of mutual respect and continuous improvement.

Organizational Culture and Leadership Support:

As the HR department’s founding member, you will help shape and maintain the company culture by balancing business needs with employee well-being. You will act as an advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, retention strategies, and long-term talent development while ensuring a positive and collaborative workplace.

Operational Efficiency and Record Management:

You will oversee all HR operations, including attendance tracking, employee records, documentation, and HR system management. The HR Lead will ensure accurate and up-to-date records for audits, internal reviews, and management reports.
