Position : Assistant Manager E&I
Location – AFI Plant, Raiwind Road
Role Overview
AM E&I will take charge of the reliable, safe and efficient operation of the entire electrical and instrumentation plants in the Biscuit and Confectionery manufacturing unit. This position emphasizes on the preventive maintenance, automation improvement, compliance and supporting the plant performance through technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Be the first who takes the initiative to use preventive and corrective maintenance for the production, packaging, and utility machines, all of them together.
Keep up and solve problems with the PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems (Siemens, Omron, Schneider).
You’re proficient in the calibration process and control of various equipment that include sensors, load cells, and motor drives.
Participation in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability initiatives focused on outweighing downtime has been your routine.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (Strong experienced DAE might be accepted).
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in E&I in the FMCG or food manufacturing (Biscuits or candies preferred) sectors.
- Good knowledge of PLC/SCADA (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta), VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot, document, conduct root cause analysis, and lead people are strong.
- Knowledge of HSE, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, International Organization for Standardization
- regulations, and power quality management is a plus.
