Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Platinum Steel Mill (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a vibrant and skilled individual to take charge and supervision of the Accounts Receivable function in Karachi. The person who will be chosen will be significant in making sure that receivables management is efficient, there is strong internal coordination, and financial reporting is accurate.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, billing, follow-ups, and collections.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all receivable-related financial transactions.

• Coordinate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and address outstanding receivable issues.

• Monitor receivable trends and aging reports, providing insights for process improvement and cash flow optimization.

• Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals.

• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and support budgeting activities.

• Coordinate closely with the sales and tax teams to ensure timely uploading and reconciliation of financial data.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

• Education: ICMA Finalist or MBA

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Strong understanding of receivables management, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams

• Preference may be given to male candidates, as per organizational requirements
