Available Positions

Manager – Maintenance

Engro Fertilizers is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance activities in the specific areas of its Daharki plant. The position is mainly responsible for making sure the plant’s reliability is at a high level, facilitating good troubleshooting, and accomplishing the service factors set as targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

• Implement and monitor site safety programs including PSM, OHIH, and EMS.

• Execute maintenance strategies and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Manage maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and resource planning.

• Oversee maintenance of rotary equipment such as turbines, compressors, and pumps.

• Ensure reliability and maintenance of static equipment including vessels and heat exchangers.

Qualification & Experience:

• BE in Mechanical Engineering

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance

• Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and in-depth knowledge of industrial safety systems

Engro Fertilizers is also hiring Deputy Managers and Managers across multiple engineering disciplines to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations at its Daharki facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant process, instrumentation & electrical, and mechanical operations.

• Ensure effective preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain compliance with engineering standards and HSE regulations.

• Drive operational reliability and performance excellence across the plant.

Qualification & Experience:

• BE Degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience (Deputy Manager level)

• BE Degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience (Manager level)

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on safety
