Job Summary:

The Solar Inverter Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales strategies that will lead to the company’s revenue growth, besides, he/she will also establish the sales and market presence, manage distribution partners, and reach the sales objectives set for the month and year. Apart from that, the position demands frequent working with technical and after-sales teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and strong business connections over a long period of time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for solar inverters

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, EPCs, and corporate clients

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Lahore and other key regions

• Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity

• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management review

• Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and overall market developments

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and partners

• Ensure effective branding, promotion, and visibility of products in the market

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in solar inverters, renewable energy, or power solutions

• Strong understanding of solar inverter products and market dynamics

• Proven experience in managing distributors, dealers, and key accounts
