This senior-level position requires candidates who have developed advanced skills through their work in plant operations and production planning and process management for large-scale industrial facilities.

The role has three main functions which include operational excellence achievement and regulatory compliance maintenance and ongoing process development at the Engro Fertilizers Daharki facility.

 Role Overview

The Manager Production Planning in Daharki will lead production planning operations while managing plant operations to ensure that Process Safety Management (PSM) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and OHIH and all applicable regulatory requirements are fully met.

The job requires workers to establish strong partnerships with different departments to protect plant integrity while achieving optimal production results and facilitating operational transitions.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• The Daharki plant requires your expertise to lead all production planning activities and operational coordination tasks.

   

• Our operations need to follow all PSM and EMS and OHIH requirements together with all relevant regulatory standards which we need to meet.

   

• The organization evaluates operational performance through KPI measurements, which help them reach their production and efficiency goals.

   

• The plant requires your expertise to manage both shutdown and startup operations, which need to be executed in a safe and efficient manner.

   

• The organization requires my expertise to manage all audit processes and investigate incidents and conduct compliance assessments.

   

• The team uses cross-functional troubleshooting methods to ensure the plant operates at its maximum capacity while maintaining its operational standards.

   

• My work supports plant teams through their training programs, which include skill certification and capability development.

   

• My work enables optimization of financial resources through budget management, cost control processes, and operational planning activities.

   

• The organization implements energy optimization projects together with continuous improvement initiatives, which enable all operational activities to achieve better results.

   

• At the Engro Daharki site, the organization promotes a safety culture, which includes accountability systems, and practices that achieve operational excellence.

 Education & Experience Requirements

Candidates applying for Engro Fertilizers jobs in Daharki must meet the following criteria:

The applicant must possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering as an essential requirement for this position. The candidate must have between 10 to 15 years of experience which relates to their work in plant operations and production planning and process management.
