DEPARTMENTÂ Assessment and Qualification Operations
QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, Operations Management, or related fields
EXPERIENCE 4 – 6 years of experience in examination administration, QA, compliance, or regulatory oversight
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the complete examination process and make sure that the rules and regulations of the accrediting body along with
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are observed strictly.
- Make comprehensive visits to the examination facilities and judge their readiness.
- Have the power of the security of the examination materials and make sure the protocols for the exam day are strictly followed.
- Detect non-compliance issues and recommend actions for corrective measures.
- Support the investigation of matters concerning exams and their resolution.
- Keep the documentation of quality assurance and notify the management about them.
- Ensure that the standards of quality for all MINAR examination centers are the same.
