• You adapt to new things very fast and can work with guidance.

   

• You are very careful in your work and have a systematic way of solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Among your roles, there is support for the IT hardware, software, printers, email, and network connectivity for the employees at the first level.

   

• You will also be involved with the desktop, laptop, and peripheral installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.

   

• You will take care of the MIS databases, records, and reports by updating them and working with them.

   

• For the issues arising vendors and senior IT staff will be your collaboration partners.

   

• Taking part in documenting systems, writing SOPs, and managing IT assets will be one of your duties.

   

• You will be the one to ensure that data is secured and confidential all the time.

   

• You will be helping the IT team during the audits, system upgrading, and deployments.

   

• Besides your regular duties, tasks assigned by the MIS Manager will also be part of your responsibilities.
