Qualification

• CA Finalist / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification

Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring full compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Review and approve non-cash accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements along with supporting schedules.

• Supervise bank reconciliations and daily uploading of bank statements.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.

• Identify, implement, and lead process improvements and automation initiatives within accounting workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and handle complex financial data.
