• Take advantage of the market opportunities to build, manage and reinforce connections with the Priority Banking clientele.

   

• Increase the level of customer interaction by means of efficient cross-selling of the bank’s products and financial solutions.

   

• Meet the targets assigned for NTB (new to bank) and ETB (existing to bank) in terms of volume, number, cross-selling and other KPIs as set in the scorecard.

   

• Support the use of digital banking by getting new customers to the bank’s digital channels, this will be tracked using ADC onboarding metrics.

   

• Handle customer complaints quickly and within the specified turnaround time (TAT) set by the service excellence standards.

   

• Control compliance and risk effectively by making sure that the customer profiles and account activities conform to the regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: As per bank policy (refer to official advertisement)

• Experience: Relevant banking or relationship management experience preferred
