𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 (𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥 – 𝐑𝐓𝐒 & 𝐑𝐓𝐖)
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Develop and plan seasonal collections for Women’s RTS & RTW categories
- Design team cooperation on silhouettes, fabrics, trims, and product details
- Further to this, coordination with vendors, mills, and production units for a smooth workflow
- Production tracking and execution notifying the concerned party
- Support in product costing, pricing, and SKU mix planning
- Examine past sales to substantiate data-driven category choices
- Regularly do market research on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
- Interact with retail and e-commerce teams regarding product availability
- Performance monitoring of the category, identification of slow/fast movers, and suggestion of actions
- Product quality assurance via inspections and garment checks
- Documentation upkeep and communication between all departments that clearly convey messages
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
- 2–5 years of experience in Women’s RTS/RTW merchandising.
- Great knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production cycles.
- Excellent fashion trend and consumer preference awareness.
