• MBA – HRM from a recognized institution.

💼 Required Experience & Skills:

• 4 – 5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition is preferred specifically in Supply Chain / Logistics.
• The applicant must demonstrate advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies and online recruitment platforms with a solid understanding of labor market trends.
• The applicant should have excellent communication and negotiation abilities to manage several recruitment projects simultaneously.
