Job Description:Â
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and running a branch, mainly concentrating on the accomplishment of given targets regarding Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Cross-Sell, Profitability, and other specified objectives. Furthermore, the position includes enhancing the branches‘ overall control environment as per the bank’s policies and procedures.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 8-10 years experience in banking is required. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Relationship Manager or Branch Manager.
