Legal Advisor (Corporate Lawyer)

Job Location

Islamabad

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services and ensure regulatory compliance for Roots International Schools & Colleges.

• Manage legal risks and oversee compliance matters and contractual obligations in coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and relevant stakeholders.

• Support corporate governance matters and handle HR-related legal issues.

• Oversee intellectual property matters and assist in disciplinary and internal investigations.

• Maintain and manage legal documentation and monitor changes in laws and regulations.

• Perform any other legal duties as assigned by the CEO or HR Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• LLB or an equivalent law degree.
