WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Calibration, adjustment, and major repair and maintenance activities of all hotel systems are to be performed.

All electrical, mechanical equipment, and minor installations will be supervised and/or repaired and maintained as and when required.

The engineering team will be supervised in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems to guarantee that the work done complies with the given specifications.

Electrical, mechanical, and civil faults will be diagnosed and fixed.

All guest complaints and/or repair requests will be responded to, attended to, and their closure within the stipulated time will be ensured.

The corrective and preventive maintenance of all engineering equipment will be planned.

Hotel operations’ disruption would be an emergency case or a breakdown that must be resolved immediately.

Monitor energy usage, set up measures that guarantee efficient energy consumption thereby the organization will save cost.

Guest rooms and back of house area should have all equipment and fixtures in working condition like television, refrigerator, telephone, etc.

Inspect visually tools, equipment, or machines.

Giving guidance and support through practical training to the team members with the aim of enhancing their skills.

QUALIFICATION

Minimum DAE (Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent accredited by a Board of Technical Education or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 – 6 years of proven experience in a similar role.
