Key Responsibilities – Manager Marketing

You will create and implement marketing strategies which will support the business goal of acquiring new customers while maintaining relationships with current customers. The team will implement their campaigns through three main channels which include digital channels and email platforms and print media and event activities. The team will create content which includes developing messaging materials and producing marketing materials and web content and email messages. The team will assess marketing initiatives to measure their success while determining return on investment and making improvements to campaigns. The team will assign responsibilities for executing the marketing budget which includes monitoring all financial activities. The team will collaborate with internal staff and external agencies to deliver projects that meet the established timeline and project specifications.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

The candidate should have at least five years of marketing experience including work experience in financial services and insurance industries. The applicant should demonstrate strong digital marketing skills together with expertise in branding and campaign management. The candidate possesses exceptional abilities in communication and leadership and project management. The analyst has the capability to assess performance data and create strategic improvements that produce observable results.
