Arif Habib Limited, a major player in the financial services and investments sector in Pakistan, is on the lookout for a seasoned and tactful Head of Human Resource to take charge of its office in Karachi. The executive position is meant for an HR professional who is focused on results and can not only integrate human resource strategies with business goals but also take an important part in making the organization grow and succeed for a long time through his/her support.
The perfect individual will take charge of the entire HR function, create innovative people strategies and make big performance gains possible throughout the company. This role provides a great chance to operate at the topmost layer in an energetic and well-regarded company.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, guide and execute extensive human resource policies that will be in harmony with the business goals and expansion plans of Arif Habib Limited
- Direct the talent acquisition operations from beginning to end making sure that the best people are hired for every department
- Supervise the performance management system, training programs for employees, and planning of leadership succession
- Keep the workforce management laws, regulatory standards, company policies, and sector practice compliance at all times
- Implement measures that will make employees more involved, improve the company’s culture and the productivity of the workers
- Offer guidance to top management on HR rules, organizational structure and development, and company-wide changes
- Take charge of the HR activities such as employee relations, pay and benefits, and workforce planning
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Over 5 years’ verified experience in an elite HR management position, ideally in a large or varied firm
- Education: The holder of a Master’s degree in HR management from a well-known and accredited university
- Full understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development theories.
