 Job Summary

The Lead IT will be responsible for overseeing PMIC’s technology vision, IT operations, budgets, and long-term digital initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills who can drive technology transformation to support current operations and future growth of the organization.

 Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• The organization needs to create technological initiatives which will help the business achieve its strategic objectives while driving growth and fostering innovation and gaining competitive advantages.

   

• The leader directs all efforts to create, build, execute, and manage IT systems together with their associated policies and operational procedures.

   

• The organization needs to create its IT and digital strategy to meet its corporate objectives through resulting activities and PMIC accomplishment.

   

• The organization needs to establish IT governance frameworks together with their associated policies and standards which will meet both regulatory requirements and industry standards.

   

• The organization presents its technology strategy together with key initiatives and risk issues to senior management and the board according to their needs.

   

• The organization manages both the deployment and ongoing support of its essential IT systems which include ERP and Loan Management Systems (LMS).

   

• The organization needs to implement automation together with digital technologies for its essential business operations to achieve greater operational productivity and strengthen internal control systems.

   

• The organization manages all aspects of cybersecurity protection which includes handling system vulnerabilities and security incidents and planning for disaster recovery and business continuity.

   

• The organization uses implementation partners and vendors to achieve project results through scheduled execution together with controlled costs.

   

• The CEO requires my assistance to make high-level decisions about which technological solutions the organization needs to operate effectively.

   

• The organization needs to establish data security policies together with network access rules and system backup procedures and technology risk assessment methods which include cybersecurity threat protection measures.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering

• Master’s degree (MS, MBA-IT, or MIS) will be preferred

 Experience Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of advancing expertise in Information Technology

   

• The candidate possesses established expertise in enterprise systems and ERP platforms and digital solutions and IT infrastructure.

   

• Previous work experience in financial services or controlled work environments will provide the candidate with a competitive edge.
