Job Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the full payroll processing cycle checking that it is done accurately, on time, and according to the company policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. This includes doing reconciliations, getting approvals, performing manual checks, updating the ERP system, and coordinating with the finance department for yearly reporting.
- Keep an eye on payroll expenses so as to stop leakages, apply compensation rules, control the ERP increment cycles, and give financial and operational reports as needed while being updated on the regulatory changes that affect payroll operations.
- Have overall responsibility for the Time and Attendance systems, render help to internal and external audits, handle reporting and payments to government departments, insurance companies, and outsiders regarding statutory matters.
- You work in tandem with the hiring managers, your purview is the entire recruitment process for permanent, contractual, temporary, and intern positions, all the while your actions should conform to the established hiring metrics from sourcing to onboarding.
- HR and recruitment dashboards that present overall time-to-fill, human resource cost per hiring, the organ’s talent pipeline health, employee turnover, staff presence, and hiving off of workforce to the benefit of data-driven decision-making are Your making and interpretation.
- Together with the compensation and analytics teams, you will analyze talent data, predict workforce needs and turn the knowledge into actionable hiring and resource planning.
- You will be in charge of performance management activities, make sure that job descriptions and evaluation tools are there, and among others, make employee development, retention, promotion, and succession planning operational.
- The legal enforcement of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and, inclusion practices at the company, through raising awareness, and improving the attraction and retention of candidates and employees, are among the ways that the company ensures legal compliance.
