The chosen candidate will be responsible for helping to create and enhance food products, carrying out tests, and keeping R&D records that comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• The life cycle of every food product, whether it is new or already existing, is kept alive by a series of methods which include development, testing, and improvement.

   

• Different scales of laboratory, bench, and pilot testing should be the places where trials on the formulations, processes, and ingredients are conducted.

   

• It is your responsibility to document, maintain, and support the product with the recipes, formulations, and technical documentation from the product harvest.

   

• Watching over the sensory tests, shelf-life studies, and stability assessments are among the things to do.

   

• Having precise R&D records, trial reports, and data will not only make you ready for audits and certifications but also for compliance.

   

• Acting as a team, collaborate with the functions of production, quality, and procurement.

   

• Engage in the continuous improvement activities that are related to the company’s R&D initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology

   

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in FMCG, especially in food manufacturing, are required

   

• Having experience in product development, trials, and documentation will be a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of food formulation and processing techniques.

   

• Exceptional skill in analysis, trials, and troubleshooting.

   

• Ability to conduct tests, read the outcomes, and make practical recommendations.

   

• Average capabilities for organizing, speaking, and writing.

   

• Very systematic, careful, and capable of managing multiple R&D experiments concurrently.
